RADLUX SMS Communications

RADLUX uses SMS text messaging to coordinate appointments, send reminders, and follow up after service visits with our active clients. This page describes our SMS practices in plain language.

What we send

Clients of RADLUX Smart Home with an active project or service relationship may receive SMS messages from us regarding:

  • Appointment scheduling — proposing pre-wire walks, installation visits, and service calls; confirming times that work for you
  • Appointment reminders — typically the day before and the morning of a scheduled appointment
  • Service follow-up — checking in after a visit to surface any issues
  • Scheduling changes — when a reschedule is needed by either party

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active engagement with us. During an active scheduling conversation you may receive several messages in a single day; during quiet periods between appointments you may receive none for weeks. Typical volume for a client during an active project is 1–10 messages per month.

How you consent

You consent to receive SMS from RADLUX when any of the following occur:

  • You provide your phone number on a RADLUX service agreement, scope of work, or onboarding form
  • You verbally authorize a RADLUX representative to text you for scheduling coordination, recorded in our internal records
  • You initiate a text message to a RADLUX number first

We do not purchase phone numbers from third parties or send SMS to numbers we have not been directly given by the recipient.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any RADLUX SMS to immediately and permanently end SMS communications from us. We honor this within seconds, and we will not contact you by SMS again from any of our numbers without explicit re-consent.

You may also email support@radiant.luxury asking to be removed from SMS, or call us during business hours.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, set by your mobile carrier. RADLUX does not charge you for SMS, but standard SMS/MMS rates from your carrier apply.

Supported carriers

RADLUX SMS supports all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their MVNOs). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers you share with RADLUX are used only for project coordination and service delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
