Privacy Policy

RADLUX Smart Home Integration ("RADLUX", "we", "us") — a DBA of Radiant Luxury Solutions LLC — respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website at radiant.luxury, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you fill out our contact form or schedule a consultation, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, project location and a description of the work. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin a project together, to administer that project.

We use industry-standard analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors find and use our site. These analytics are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to communicate with you about your inquiry, your project, and ongoing service. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the work you've engaged us for — e.g., a manufacturer warranty registration or a sub-contractor on your project.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal cookies, primarily for analytics and to remember any preferences you set. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will continue to function.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@radiant.luxury. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timelines required by applicable law.

Note: This policy is provided as a starting point. Before launch we recommend a quick review by counsel — particularly if RADLUX begins handling payment data, sensitive home-system credentials, or data from clients in jurisdictions with stricter privacy laws (California's CCPA, the EU's GDPR).
